The CERN Directorate Office

The Directorate Office plays a key advisory and support role in the Director-General's contacts with all levels of the Organization's hierarchy. While reporting directly to the Director-General, the Directorate Office works across the entire Directorate with a specific mandate focusing on:

• Ensuring the optimum flow of information at various levels of the Organization's Management.
• Collecting information and preparing documentation contributing towards positions adopted by the Directorate inside and outside the Organization.
• Co-ordinating and following up the Directorate's current business.
• Taking responsibility for particular projects assigned by the Director-General and the Directors.
